JewelDesks is billing and stock software for jewellery shops. A shop owner registers, sets up their shop, and their staff use it at the counter and on the phone to make bills, tag pieces of stock, print labels and keep the books. The data in it is the shop’s business data, entered by the shop.

The app does not read your contacts, your location, your photos or your files, and it contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDK.
Your shop’s data is kept in a database for your shop, on servers we operate for you (or, where a shop has chosen it, on the shop’s own server). It is sent between your device and the server over an encrypted connection. Sign-in tokens on the phone are kept in the phone’s secure storage and expire on their own.
Nobody, except as needed to run the service (the hosting provider that stores the database on our behalf) or where the law requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it, and we do not use it for advertising. Your customers’ details are yours: we never contact them.
For as long as the shop’s account is open. Bills, ledgers and stock movements are the shop’s books, so they are not edited or removed by us while the account stands. When an account is deleted, everything under it is deleted — see Delete your account. Backups that held it are overwritten in the ordinary course, within 90 days.
You can see and correct everything in your account from the application itself. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct something you cannot reach, or ask for the account and its data to be deleted, by writing to info@keycodetech.in from the email address the account was registered with, or by using the deletion page.
JewelDesks is a business tool for jewellery shops and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that matters is announced in the application before it takes effect.
